Is the bible reliable? – Objections to Christianity

Objection #3: The bible isn’t true and has too many errors.
I used to joke around that it would be kind of funny to teach your kids wrong information about basic things. For example, you could easily teach them that green is blue, or left is right, or stop means go, etc. The ramifications seemed less funny, so I went with teaching them the truth about these things. But this idea is really at the heart of today’s objection to Christianity which is this: can we count on the bible as being a reliable source of truth or not?
